Matthew Johnson

Matthew is the Community Development Director for the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission, serving Kandiyohi, Meeker, McLeod and Renville Counties, and the owner of Midwest Community Planning, LLC, serving local governmental units throughout the Midwest. Matthew has a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota at Mankato, and a Masters of Degree in Regional Planning from Washington State University.

Nicole Franzwa

Nicole is a Marketing Consultant and helps businesses with a variety of projects, including survey design, mapping, database management, and website applications.

Paul Egtvedt

Paul graduated from Cornell Law School and assists MCP with a variety of legal and ordinance issues. Almost every project involves statutory research that provides the foundation for our customer’s policies and implementation steps.
